Two of Cape Breton's biggest names in entertainment - the Barra Mac Neil's with special guest Rita MacNeil, take to the Savoy stage December 23rd, 8pm as part of the theatre's Christmas presentations.
"We're excited to be able to bring this show to our venue for our Anniversary year." says Savoy Theatre Manager Donald Ferguson.
The theatres 75th Anniversary year calendar is filling steadily with top-notch entertainment. Staff are confident the announcement will be great news to those who have been calling looking for Christmas listings.
"When we released our Fall line-up, we had this show advertised as a TBA, and it's been the cause of a lot of curiosity on the island. People have been calling requesting to know what the secret was on an almost daily basis. I think everyone will agree that this is a not-to-be missed event. We're thrilled to have two of the biggest acts in Cape Breton on the stage at the same time." says Ferguson.
